Why I chose to work at Lynn Boyd Real Estate at Silvercreek Realty Group: After working many years as a real estate agent, buying and selling a home has changed for clients and real estate agents. The internet and social media sites have now allowed people to search for homes in advance of talking to their realtor. Once they connect to their realtor, they want that person to work effectively with them; finding the right home, and making the process smooth and successful. In order for the agent to service their client effectively, it takes a well-organized team behind them to support the agent. For those reasons, I joined the Lynn Boyd Real Estate Team at Silvercreek Realty Group. I wanted to be part of a winning organization, and Lynn Boyd Real Estate is known for providing the next level of service to their clientele, all while continually showing outstanding sales results throughout the Treasure Valley. I am working as a realtor, and offer my clients full-service real estate, both helping them with buying and the selling of homes. I know by working with Lynn Boyd Real Estate, I can continue to give my clients the service they expect, and the level of care they deserve, in this ever-changing real estate market, and learn new techniques. Most importantly, though, working at Silvercreek Realty Group gives me the opportunity to stay better connected to the people who matter — my clients and friends.

Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group LLC, December December 1976 to 2003. Maintained an active Idaho real estate license since 1976 with several real estate firms prior to joining Coldwell Banker in 2000. Associated with Coldwell Banker for 13 years (includes Holland Realty prior to their merger with Coldwell Banker).

General Electric, Power Systems, 2001 to 2003. Finance Manager with controllership and business support responsibilities for Boise and Chicago operations. The business included manufacturing power control systems, reselling manufacturer’s product, engineering services and substation automation.

General Electric, Power Systems, 1999 to 2001. Business Manager with controllership and business support responsibilities for Boise operations. The business included manufacturing power control systems, reselling manufacturer’s product, engineering services and substation automation. GE purchased the joint venture from GE Harris.

Idaho Power Company (Stellar Dynamics), 1996 to 1998. Subsidiary Controller with controllership and business support responsibilities for Stellar Dynamics a start-up de-regulated business for Idaho Power in Boise. GE Harris purchased the company from Idaho Power.

Idaho Power Company, 1976 to 1995, Financial Analysis. Started at Idaho Power as a Property Accountant, later transferred to General Accounting, then transferred to Financial Reporting & Analysis. After several years in the General Accounting Office, transferred to Power Plant Construction working as a Financial Analyst responsible for project estimates on major hydro and thermal projects in Idaho, Oregon, Wyoming and Nevada owned by Idaho Power in Boise.

Idaho Air National Guard, USAF, 1969 to 1976. Payroll Supervisor responsible for civilian pay and military pay functions for the Air National Guard (Gowen Field) in Boise. Military rank of Master Sargeant.

Because of his experience and knowledge, he knew we could settle at a price less than what we expected. Through the negotiations, inspections, and closing, he was very attentive to every detail of the purchase. Even after the closing, he helped us tie up some loose ends.
